Confidentiality Agreement

In consideration of receiving access to confidential information regarding one or more businesses offered for sale, you agree as follows:

1. Confidential Use Only
   

   All information provided to you (whether verbal, written, electronic, or otherwise) is strictly confidential and disclosed solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential acquisition. You agree not to use this information for any unrelated, competitive, or personal purpose.

2. No Unauthorised Disclosure
   

   You will not disclose, reproduce, or share the confidential information with any third party other than your professional advisors (e.g. accountant, lawyer) who are assisting in your assessment and are themselves bound by confidentiality obligations.

3. Restricted Access
   

   You will not make direct contact with the business owner, staff, customers, or suppliers without the prior written consent of ConnectBiz. All communication and enquiries must be directed through ConnectBiz as the authorised agent.

4. Return or Destruction of Information
   

   If you choose not to proceed with a business acquisition, or upon request by ConnectBiz, you agree to permanently delete or destroy all confidential information in your possession, including digital and physical copies, summaries, notes, or reproductions.

5. Acknowledgement
   

   You acknowledge that the information provided has been supplied by the business owner and is shared by ConnectBiz in good faith. You agree to conduct your own due diligence and seek independent advice before making any decision. ConnectBiz is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
